Research on Technology System Adaptability of Nearly Zero-Energy Office Buildings in the Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone of China

In the current context of huge global energy consumption and harsh climatic conditions, efficiency sustainability buildings have received much attention. The nearly zero-energy building (nZEB) is a feasible solution for solving crisis in sector recent years, it important to study adaptability its technology system. However, existing studies not addressed well issue impact complex diverse climates on systems nZEBs. Secondly, contrast residential buildings, office need be further developed. This takes hot summer cold winter (HSCW) zone China as an example uses numerical simulations orthogonal experiments investigate under climate conditions. results show following: (1) Passive technologies are greatly affected by complexity diversity climates. Optimal envelope thermal parameters tailored specific zones identified. Specifically, optimal level KWALL CT HSCWC 0.2 W/(m2·K), HSWWT 0.3 W/(m2·K); KROOF 0.15 0.25 (2) Active do mainly receive influence climates, ED, HR, TS measures should adopted buildings; (3) rational utilization renewable influenced local resource evaluates GSHP, ASHP, BIPV technologies. To better meet requirements recommended adopt GSHP ASHP HCWWT zone. will helpful development other zones.
